We’re about joy, community, and authentic events.

About us:

Three Ring Event Collective is a women- and queer-owned event production company headed by Samantha Alvarez, Kathleen Jaffe, and Eryca Sender. We’re three friends and event professionals pulling our years of experience across California together to make magic happen. We love the collaborative process of event creation and would love to get to know you better to bring your vision to life.

Samantha Alvarez, She/Her, San Francisco

Hi, I’m Samantha Alvarez, owner and event planner at Three Ring Event Collective. With over 10 years of event experience, including working on major events like AIDS/LifeCycle, Off the Grid and the Castro Night Market, I specialize in creating memorable, meaningful experiences. I’m passionate about the San Francisco Bay Area and love helping clients celebrate life’s most important moments. Let’s meet over dinner or drinks, swap pet photos, and start planning your next event!

Kathleen Jaffe, She/Her, Los Angeles

Hi, I’m Kathleen Jaffe! With over a decade of experience in live event production and AV tech management, I thrive on creating seamless, impactful experiences. I’m also the founder of Them Fatale Drag Kings, Los Angeles’ longest-running drag king show (7 years and counting!), which has raised over $40,000 for local LGBTQ mutual aid funds and community-focused organizations. I’m passionate about producing events that are accessible, inclusive, and, most importantly, fun! When I’m not bringing events to life, you’ll probably find me gushing about how adorable my cat Teddy is.

Hello! I’m Eryca Sender! Based in LA, I have over 10 years of event planning experience, coming from a DIY background as a co-founder and former co-organizer of LA Zine Fest. I love logistics and using my vast experience to bring your vision to life! Whether it’s your wedding, a milestone birthday, or a unique celebration (Bark-Mitzvah anyone?). I’m here for it! Let’s get creative together and make your special event the best it can be!
